CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT POLICY

CHECK-IN

Check-in from 15:00 to 18:00 (for different needs, request availability from the owners)
In compliance with current regulations, customers will be asked to hand over an identification document with photo when checking in. ¹
Advance notification of arrival time.

CHECK-OUT

Apartment delivery by 10:00 a.m., unless otherwise agreed upon at check-in.
Pass 10:30 a.m. without the apartment being vacated, an additional day’s stay will be charged.

¹ The document will be returned as soon as registration operations have been carried out.

IN ORDER TO AVOID SURPRISES

In order for our clients to have a peaceful and surprise-free stay, we make it a point to have clear and complete communication with them about a few simple rules and conditions.

KEYS

Upon check-in, guests will be given the keys to the apartment. We kindly ask you to treasure them carefully.

In case they are lost, we will be forced to impose a penalty of €150 for changing the lock.

NON-SMOKING ROOMS

Smoking is forbidden inside the apartment.

PETS

Pets ARE NOT ALLOWED inside the apartment.

FAILURES OR DAMAGES.

Upon return of the keys by the Client at the end of the stay, all breakdowns, if any, will be counted and consequently charged.

CLEANING

The apartment is delivered clean to Clients in perfect order and cleanliness.

Leaving Clients must ensure that the property is left in order before their departure.

If you would like midweek cleaning you can request it and it has a cost of € 40.00.

BED LINEN AND TOWELS CHANGE

Upon arrival, guests will find towels and bed linen. Unless otherwise requested by guests, there are no linen changes during the stay.

In case a change of linen is desired, the following rates will apply:

BED LINEN CHANGE: €35
CHANGE OF TOWELS: €35

PARTIES

The apartment is NOT available for 0rganizing parties, celebrations, bachelor/bachelorette parties.

CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH THE DEPOSIT COULD BE WITHHELD

We always hope this will not happen but in case any of the following conditions occur, we will be forced to withhold the deposit or charge additional fees:

Apartment not vacated by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure
Any damage to furniture or other equipment in the apartment
More people staying in the apartment than stated in the contract and reservation.

TOURIST TAX

A daily rate of 0.70 cents will be charged for each person over the age of 14. Maximum period of application: 7 days.
